“My husband and I have been w Dr Louie for decades and now are in the care of Dr Larsen at same clinic. The recent care and attention provided to my husband getting special care for his eyes and support for cataract surgery could not be better. Dr Larsen has gone above and beyond to assist my husband. “Dr. Cory Larson is an excellent optometrist and very customer oriented with a focus of working with those on the Autism Spectrum. This my second pair of frames from Louie Optical within the last four years. I will not go anywhere else! This clinic is also an art gallery showcasing the photojournalism of optometrist and clinic owner, Dr Larry Louie. It is worth coming a bit early to immerse yourself in these gorgeous photographs. “Had been a customer for several decades of Louie Eyecare. Ordered using their new online system, and when I went to pick up, they said they didn’t order the lenses. That they had messaged me that they couldn’t due to my perscription. My prescription had barely expired, and it was their system that had sent me a message to order lenses. I had seen their call and email come in (it is my usual signal that they have my order ready. I am leaving for vacation Monday and they cant get me my lenses in time. They gave me a set of trials which don’t match my precise prescription needs. Nor are they my brand (they are the crappy bosche and lomb run of flops). All the while acting as if they are not accountable . Again, they sent me the order link for my lenses in the first place. They don’t have a reasonable and realistic customer service understanding. I am going to have issues during my vacation die to their closed mindedness. If they don’t get my lenses in for when I return I will post these and more disappointments on all platforms and not return to their business.”Read moreShow less

“Top knotch lenses from Zeiss and new glasses picked up today and totally made up.. Larry Louie has been my optometrist since he first started his practice. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Louie and his team for over 12 years now. The customer service is exemplary. I always feel welcome. Dr Louie always does an exceptional job of explaining the findings of the eye exam. He also makes himself available to help me ‘shop’ for new frames when I am ready for them. He has a great sense of esthetic. The showroom itself is stocked full of styles that you won’t see anywhere else. It’s rare that I meet anyone else with the same frames that I’ve purchased in the past. The original photography that graces the showroom gives a delightful insight to the magical destinations that the doctor has traveled to. The ambiance is that of a true luxury boutique.
