“Ordered a beautiful bunch for a grieving friend, from Australia. Natalie was so great with communication on WhatsApp and seriously went above and beyond... When I visit Vancouver I have to meet her and say a big thanks irl, it's been so great dealing with this florist. The bouquet was bright as requested and was so well received, with delivery after work hours, which helped make sure it was delivered to the hands of our beautiful friend. I called in a extra task, being that I was in Oz, and asked her to grab a special bottle to go with the florals.. She absolutely nailed that extra little job. Thanks Natalie :))))”

“If you’re looking for a bouquet that is worth your money and last long, this is the best flower shop in my opinion. My partner inquired and got me a bouquet for my graduation while he was out of town and they nailed the design and colours he requested. It’s been a month and the flowers are wilted but still looks really good! The bouquets I’ve gotten from other flower shops would wilt around a week, which is understandable, but if you want a bouquet that last long then I would 100% recommend this flower shop out of all.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. Paid a very high price and received the smallest bouquet I’ve ever seen. The value is nowhere near what’s advertised — it honestly feels misleading and borderline a scam. Be careful because the flowers will be withered as u pick them up. I would not recommend this place if you care about getting what you pay for. Go to any other florist in Brentwood.”

“Unfortunately, the flowers were in very poor condition. They wilted just two days after purchase, which is very disappointing. This is not the first time this has happened. My boyfriend often buys flowers for me here because it’s the closest flower shop, but the quality consistently leaves much to be desired. I’m attaching photos of the bouquet on the day of purchase and two days later for reference.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this flower shop! Natalie helped me create a small red rose bouquet from scratch, and she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was outstanding—she was so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet throughout the whole process. She asked the right questions to make sure it turned out exactly how I wanted it and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect and made the experience feel special. “I usually purchase flowers from my usual florist whom I have known for years. For logistical reasons, I purchased from Lotus Flowers a single rose, a bouquet, and monthly delivery for the next several months. The single rose was fresh. However, the bouquet was not fresh at all - the roses were withered, a couple of them were so old and damaged. I had the bouquet delivered to Sutton Hotel in preparation for our exciting dinner. Unfortunately, i found it extra embarrassing to hear from my partner that the roses were disappointing. She said she didn’t want to let me know at first - she said she didn’t want to ruin the romantic atmosphere at dinner and until the next day. She took photos of the bouquet at the dinner and the next morning. You can see how bad the roses were. I am going back to the shop to give the owner an opportunity to make it right. I believe freshness of flowers ought to be the most important part of excellent customer service and a huge part of presenting best image of the shop (business). Depending on how the owner chooses to make this right, I might cancel all future orders.”
