“I was only visiting Canada when I developed severe neck pain. It became so bad that I had to rely on pain medication just to get through the day. After just my very first physiotherapy session with Salman, the intense pain was gone, and only a few days later I was completely symptom-free. Salman is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He used a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, electrotherapy, and acupuncture, tailoring the treatment to exactly what I needed. I was truly impressed by how quickly he was able to help me recover. I would also like to mention the wonderful front desk staff. The receptionist was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. She arranged an appointment for me on very short notice and made me feel comfortable from the very first phone call. Thank you so much to the entire team. If I ever need physiotherapy again while I’m in Canada, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I highly recommend Salman and this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care.”

“I had an exceptional experience with this clinic and physiotherapist. I suffered from chronic low back pain for over two years, and despite seeing other physiotherapists and exercising for nearly a year with a personal trainer , my pain never improved and eventually came back. “I cannot thank Salman enough for helping me get my life back. During September and October, my back pain progressively worsened until, by the end of October, I was living with constant pain and could not walk more than 100 meters without severe discomfort. I initially completed eight physiotherapy sessions at another clinic, but unfortunately, I experienced no improvement. An MRI later revealed severe disc bulges at L4-L5 and L5-S1. After seeing a neurologist, I was told that the pain might be permanent and that, if pain-relief injections did not help, I might need spinal surgery. That's when I started treatment with Salman at Lookup Physio. After four months of treatment, the improvement has been remarkable. I am now able to walk long distances again and return to many of my normal daily activities. While I still have some back pain, there is no doubt that Salman's expertise, patience, and personalized treatment plan have made a tremendous difference in my recovery and quality of life. “This place has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and is exceptionally clean. Every time, all the sheets are freshly washed, the treatment beds are disinfected, and all equipment is carefully sanitized right in front of you, which gives great peace of mind. The physiotherapy is performed with great precision, care, and a very gentle approach. You can truly feel the professionalism and attention to detail. They also have a very lovely, friendly, and warm receptionist who makes the whole experience even more pleasant—after a while, if you don’t go, you actually start to miss the place!”
