“I have had many different injuries and had accepted that I would not be able to move in the same manner as when I was younger. But since beginning my therapy with Alex I have seen great results in less than two months. If you follow through with the exercises she gives you , changes can still happen which has helped not only with mobility but also with a decrease in pain in many areas. “Alex is a great physiotherapist. I would recommend her to anyone I know. She is competent, cares about her patients and enjoys what she does. I like her approach of treating the root cause of issues rather than the symptoms. Also, if recovering from surgery, I highly encourage getting her treatments for surgical scars. I had ahesions between the layers of skin/fascia under my scar and she helped restore mobility and reduce pain in that area. “I was looking for a good physiotherapist in Saskatoon and I was recommended Alex Murphy from Longevity Physical Therapy - and wow was I impressed. Contrary to previous physio experiences, I felt like I wasn't just a client who would be rushed through their system. Alex actually took the time to evaluate much further than my complaint. “I really can’t recommend Alex enough! I first started seeing her for an injury I had to my lower back. I struggled with years of chronic pain and very poor mobility. I was so impressed with the time she took at each session and her extensive knowledge. Her programs are easy to follow and super effective and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help.
