“Lovely people, great attention to oral needs and do not try to sell you "stuff" that is not nessesary or esthetic which seems to be popular these days. Would highly recommend being a patient with them.”

“Everyone here is super nice and friendly and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The building itself is old but they've done some really nice update. It's overall very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.”

“Very disappointed with this dental clinic. My insurance is active and covered, yet every time I call to book a follow-up appointment for my daughter’s painful tooth, they tell me they will call back and never do. I have never dealt with such unprofessional service before. The receptionist is very rude and the communication is terrible. They clearly do not care about their patients or urgent situations. “I was originally a patient since I started going to the dentist as a child of the original practice, and transitioned to Dr. Chhung's care when he took over the practice after the previous dentist's retirement. The evolution of the practice under Dr. Chhung's leadership has been stellar. From the wonderful customer service and excellent communication by phone and email of the entire office staff to the welcoming environment, this is a clinic I am comfortable going to for my care. Further, Dr. Chhung's expertise can not be described as anything less than PRECISE. He is so talented and always gives the very best care. I recently got crowns for my front teeth and they were definitely better than I could have dreamed. I was quite anxious about what the change would mean for my teeth of getting the crowns, and the care team was thorough in answering all my questions and guiding me through the decision. “The name says it all! I truly feel at home and at ease when I’m the care of the team at London Family Dental. My family and I have been patients since 2020 and I felt extremely comfortable going during the pandemic due to their attention to a clean and sanitized clinic. They installed air filters in each room to help with air quality as well. Bathroom is immaculate which speaks to other areas of cleanliness as well.
