“I was looking for a dentist close to my work and came across Lombard Dental. I had my first appointment today which consisted of a cleaning, X-rays and comprehensive exam. Both the hygienist and dentist were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. They showed me my X-rays and took pictures to help me understand what they were seeing as well. “I recently visited Lombard Dental for a new patient exam, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Bansal took the time to perform a very thorough inspection and review, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The clinic is equipped with advanced medical technology, which really adds confidence to the level of care they provide. Scheduling was extremely smooth as they offer great flexibility with appointments, which made it easy to find a time that worked for me. The location is also very convenient. “I had a great experience at Lombard Dental during my visit on October 24, 2025. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. “Initially had a great experience with this Dental office with Dr. Bansal (owner) of the clinic. Not only was he professional, polite and kind but he does a good job explaining to patients each step. I have been a very loyal customer to this office with multiple visits yearly. Reason for the one star is the filling operated by Dr. Lim was not done properly ; had to be redone a few weeks later and this clinic tried to acuse me of mis -payments even though insurance company mentioned payments went through. After calling insurance company, they even confirm that payments was made prior without issues. If changes was rectified, it would have made the experience better.”Read moreShow less

“Great central location - easy to get to and easy to find Staff were patient, friendly, and helpful. Straight forward billing and ease of navigating where they handled and took care of every aspect; taking the burden off of the client. Very appreciated. The hygenist and dentist were extremely kind, patient, and helpful in all aspects. If there were questions they couldn't answer, they'd look for the answer to reach out to other providers to get the correct answers. I really appreciated that. I also really appreciated that they were able to work around my schedule and around the procedures I've already went through. I also really liked the very precise and powerful water cleaner that was used during the cleaning. The advice that was given on my x-rays were detailed and top-notch. The dentist was able to point out areas in my x-rays that I or other dentists I've seen in the past, haven't picked up on before and made extremely good points on how to go about addressing those issues. Overall, they were able to recommend an actionable path forward on what to prioritize first and helped create a list for a clear game plan.”Read moreShow less

“I recently visited Lombard Dental for a routine dental cleaning and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient with check-in, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The hygienist was professional, gentle, and very thorough. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. My teeth felt incredibly clean afterward, and I appreciated how carefully they addressed plaque and tartar without causing discomfort.
