<p><u><strong>♡Booking and appointment policies♡</strong></u></p><p><u><strong><br></strong></u></p><p><strong><em>Lash Appointment Reminders</em></strong></p><div>It is recommended that contact lenses are not worn during lash applications. </div><div>Do not wear eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, etc. to your appointment, as makeup residue will prevent your lash application from properly adhering.</div><p><em><strong><br></strong></em></p><p><em><strong>Satisfaction Policy</strong></em></p><div>If you have any issues or concerns after your session is complete, please inform Local Lash as soon as possible. We can address most issues within two (2) days of your appointment, provided that you have followed proper after-care instructions. My work can not be guaranteed if you are not using Local Lash foam wash as it is properly formulated for lash use.</div><p>I do not offer refunds or returns for services rendered.</p><div><div></div><div><strong><br></strong></div><div><strong>Cancellation/Rescheduling</strong></div><p>Clients who cancel their appointment at the time of their appointment or no show will still be charged the full amount due to insufficient notice </p><p>Clients who arrive with heavy makeup, mascara, eyeliner, strip lashes will have to reschedule at their discretion, clients will be charged for the full service. Clients who proceed are at risk for decreased retention and lash health.</p><p>Please contact me via the information below with any questions </p></div><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Late Arrivals</em></strong> </p><p>We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.</p><p>Guests arriving late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.</p><p>If a client decides to no show it is unlikely they will be able to book future appointments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Location Information</em></strong><br></p><p>Home Based Studio ✨️</p><p>Unit #115 - 701 hilchey road</p><p>Parking is available in the lot and sometimes in the driveway. Local Lash is located on the third floor of my home. Please note there may be cats in the hallway, and/or stairwell.
