“Had a hot stone massage for my birthday with Janna. Fantastic massage. Not the type of hot stone massage I’m used to but it was also excellent. Staff were friendly. “I hesitated for a long time to get in for massage therapy but since going and experiencing the benefits, I only wish I would have gone sooner. I had no idea how far reaching the benefits would be but I've noticed a tremendous difference in how I feel physically and mentally. On top of that, I've learned so much from Alisha about how muscles work and how to properly maintain them, why pain occurs etc. She's clearly very passionate about what she's doing and why she's doing it and has the expertise and knowledge to really back that up.
