“I started experiencing pain in my tailbone and lower back and I knew It felt different and I needed some help to get better. I went in for an assessment and determined my treatment plan with Laser Therapy and this is where I met Dyan. She is welcoming and makes you sure you are comfortable for your laser therapy. “Service was great, however there was a lot of miscommunications. I had called and asked for an initial physiotherapy appointment for $90, but walked out with a bill of $220. In the initial consultation they told me they thought laser would be a good idea and asked for do it then, but didnt tell me there would be an additional charge. Especially another $130. In all of the other places ive been to see for professional help, they would either include it in the price that was pre-set, or tell me there would be an additional fee. I was very displeased. They said there was multiple people confused about billing/prices and such, so I would have assumed they would start telling the patients as a precaution. I also stated that I did not want to do laser, and that I have done it before and it did not work for me. They then pushed it saying theirs was different than I had done before. They also booked an appointment for me without asking if i wanted said appointment the following week. Overall i walked out with 2 visits, but $330 spent. Again, very lovely people, but the way my appointments had gone i unfortunately would not go back.”Read moreShow less

“Meagan is so great and extremely knowledgeable, she helped heal me !!! Jess is the lazer therapy queen and helped heal me and helped with my C-section scar tissue, they are both amazing healing wizards. Go see them if you are in pain or postpartum and hurting !!
