“Gail is a gem. My husband and I first went to her after a friend recommended her for back issues. She’s calm and very thorough, she sees the bigger picture to truly find a solution. Her online booking is easy, she uses an app for any recommended home “work” which I really appreciate because when therapists verbally give me homework, I’ve forgotten it by the time I get to my car. “Gail is an exceptional physiotherapist. She’s very hands on and all treatments are one on one. If you’ve had a joint replacement, these are her specialities as she completed her physiotherapy training in the United Kingdom in an Orthopaedic Hospital, specializing in joint replacements. She uses a great app that demonstrates the home exercises by video. Appointments can be booked (and cancelled online). Her office is in a great downtown location with complimentary parking.
