DIRECT BILLING- Lauren Benedict RMT does direct bill some insurers, please contact her for more information. Gail Dunn RMT DOES NOT direct bill - and does provide receipts for patient submission to insurers.
We require 48 hours notice for CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS to your bookings. We ask that you contact your Massage Therapist if you are cancelling due to illness. If you are cancelling for other reasons our fee is the **FULL FEE for the scheduled appointment on that day applies. This also applies to No Shows Please contact your Therapist to discuss the policy if you have questions.

**TRAVEL NOTICE: Gail Dunn RMT, will be away from the clinic between the dates of August 28th after 12:45pm and Tuesday September 8th, 2026 starting at 9am on that day.

Gail will reply after she comes back on Tuesday September the 8th, 2026 and Lauren can reply to her messages between normal clinic days Mondays to Fridays.**For Gail’s patients, she will leave a vacation responder on her phone and email, reminding patients that she will take care of any changes, bookings after she comes back.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Little Fern Studio we have specifically chosen to be patient centric and offer our patients to opportunity to be transparent with their scheduled bookings and cancellations.
