“15+ min late even after appointment, super dumb receptionisnt dint even inform about delay. I kept on wondering what's wrong! Went to receptionst to check if everything was okay with the insurance she said plain yh. No communication or apologies for delay. I dint mind the delay it happens I understand. But communication would be good. No smile no greetings just plain dumb look. I would not review but the service even worst. Instead of request couple of times no proper pressure was given. The RMT wasted time to move around get stones from another room and what not, mind you adjusted height around 20 times literally in 60 min appointment. Cherry on top 10min less had timer on. After changing and laying on table started timer RMT came much later even then she managed to finish 10min before.never asked for stone massage just regular massage. Most of time in rubbing stone and going from one end to another and adjusting table. . No stomach massage. Been here before. Had same issued cut short time and rude when complain. Atleast today RMT was not rude but 10min less is $20 gone down in drain. 50 min of adjust table, moving around and moving stone with very little of massage is shear waste of time apart from money. Read review after massage this is not first time the location cuts on time ! This location should either close down or hire professional people. Neverever returning. Harshal Patel.”

“I have now come here twice to see Dr. Linford Geekiyanage. I’ve been dealing with pinched nerves in my neck and shoulder blade, and thanks to his help, I am already starting to feel much better. “I will recommend if you are looking for a great physiotherapist Rinku Shah. She's make sure that her patient is happy and comfortable during the treatment. She listens to me about my concern's and give me the best treatment for my injuries. I’ve been going to this Clinic since September. And I always look forward to coming back. The receptionist are very nice And they will try to accommodate you on whatever time you can come for the treatment. The location is very convenient as well.”

“I would not recommend Synergy Rehab South Surrey. Unfortunately, I had a very unprofessional experience at this location, particularly with the massage and acupuncture services. During the process of trying to resolve the issue, I felt that the clinic management did not genuinely care about my concerns or my overall experience as a client. The situation was never properly addressed, and instead of working toward a solution, I was ultimately asked not to return. I have since visited other clinics and realized how different a truly professional and respectful healthcare environment can be. Based on my experience, I encourage others to carefully compare options and choose cautiously. I will not be returning for sure!”
