“Linda is the best! She was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule last minute and urgent for me and my back injury. She was super professional and took the time to explain what may be happening to my back and why the pain is there. She did a whole bunch of physical tests to back her statements and I left feeling a lot better after her ultrasound and electroshock therapy. Can’t recommend Linda enough, as well as her super informed receptionist let me know if my insurance doesn’t cover, it can all still be claimed at the end of the year. My back is already feeling better, although I’ll never know if it was all due to Linda, I sure am glad I went and would definitely go see her again. Thank you Linda!”Read moreShow less

“I was recently having pain and limited motion in my shoulder. My GP sent me for the usual battery of tests and also recommended that I see a physiotherapist. I had seen Linda for a similar problem about 10 years ago, and I did not hesitate to return to her again for treatment. Her new office is located in a strip plaza with easy parking. You can book appointment times online, including early morning appointments (7:00am) which worked best for me. Linda is very patient and knowledgeable, and gives great advice and instruction for ongoing home exercises. In-office, she used several treatment methods to ease my problem, including expertly-applied acupuncture. It only took a couple of visits before I was feeling much better. I highly recommend Linda Gaspich.”Read moreShow less

“I have seen Linda for approximately 15 years off and on through several different injuries. She has always been able to help manage pain and regain strength after injury through both clinic based treatment and activities/exercises to practice at home between appointments. Linda is very thorough at every appointment with both her physical assessments and through conversation with you. She is very knowledgeable. The office is very flexible with appointment times and everyone is very friendly!”Read moreShow less

“My family and I have been going to Linda for Physiotherapy since we moved to Niagara in 98 because she is simply the very best. We followed her from Fonthill to St Catharines when she relocated. My daughter drives in from her new home in Lynden. She stays current , her hours are accommodating to everyone , she is professional and always listens attentively. The receptionist is pleasant , quick to schedule your appointments, return your calls and cash you out . 5 Stars all the way.”Read moreShow less

“I have been a patient of Linda's for many years and have always been treated with the utmost respect. She is a great physiotherapist who is very knowledgeable and kind. Her treatments and treatment plan have enabled me to continue a job that is very taxing on the body . She always tells me to call if I need her before a scheduled appointment and I am always accommodated. Her receptionist Jennifer is always pleasant and very personable. I highly recommend her clinic.”Read moreShow less

“I'm sorry to have to write a mediocre review, particularly when there are very few reviews so far, because I know it will affect your overall ranking. But I have to give this feedback. When I arrived at the office, there was a lady having a chit chat about her vacation with the receptionist. That's fine for a minute but the lady was going on for a very long time and the receptionist could see I was standing waiting and should have cut the lady off to acknowledge me. She could have at least smiled at me while the woman was talking to acknowledge my presence. Finally after waiting a long time I had to interrupt and ask if there were forms I should start filling out. It was not a great first impression. (This is a major pet peeve in any customer service situation.) However, that's separate from my actual physio appointment so that is mostly not what I'm basing the review on. When I met with the physiotherapist and we were just starting to talk about my back issues for only a few short minutes, suddenly without warning she stood up and said, "I have to check on another client" and left the room. She was gone at least 5 minutes. When she came back in, she started talking about my last sentence as though she had never left, but it was a major interruption. I'm sorry but if you're going to need to leave the room, you need to let me know to expect an interruption. I did not feel like I had your attention at all, and at that point I wasn't even sure what we had talked about. How can you understand the issues I'm having when you're walking in and out in the middle of our first consultation? The rest of the appointment was ok and I appreciated some of the body work that she gave me, but then at the end it really fell apart. I'm an active 40 year old woman, not a senior citizen. She gave me only two exercises to do that were far too basic, not helpful, and didn't even go through them with me. She just gave me a print out and said to make another appointment in 2 weeks. Shouldn't you be walking me through the exercises to check my form? Also, these 2 exercises were not sufficient for 2 weeks while I'm trying to nurture my body into major recovery from problems that are affecting my life. I would have expected more exercises with real attention to how I was performing them. These were far too minimal to take me through to the next appointment she suggested in 14 days. All I was supposed to do were those two wimpy things for 2 weeks? That's supposed to help with my problems? I have seen a physiotherapist in the past for an issue and he was much more attentive and better. He spent time with me on the exercises to make sure I was doing them properly. I'll have to go back to him. The only reason I didn't go back to him is because he has an open work space with other physiotherapists and I felt shy to do the exercises with other people around but now I realize how lucky I was to have an attentive physiotherapist in comparison to this. I'm sorry to leave negative feedback but I really hope you'll consider this and do a better job with people moving forward.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Linda for physiotherapy for years. My neck and back through her knowledge and expertise has improved 100%. With the remedial exercises which were demonstrated and reviewed I continue to get stronger. As I improved more exercises were added with each treatment. I am biking and golfing again without pain. The clinic is efficient, clean, organized and very friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less
