“I have had issues for almost 10 years with my teeth (one in particular) and of 3 dentists I’ve seen over this issue, this was the first time that my concerns were not only taken seriously but also acted upon. After finally doing a proper investigation and diagnostics into the issue, the issues have finally been resolved. I can not thank this team enough for their diligence and unmatched perseverance in finding a resolution. “Lighthouse Dental has been an absolute find. I’m not someone who looks forward to dentist visits, but this place has genuinely changed that for me. “I’ve had a really positive experience here. Dr. Pat is incredibly kind and patient, and always makes sure I’m comfortable before continuing. I truly felt listened to at every appointment, which meant a lot to me. The quality of care is outstanding! The fillings were done better than I’ve experienced before, and even the freezing was handled so well. Everything was smooth, gentle, and reassuring. A special thank you to his assistant as well. “When I moved to London, I was anxious to find a new dentist. I lucked out when I made my first appointment at lighthouse dental. The front desk staff are always so helpful and kind. Dr. Pat always explains everything in detail in ways that I can understand. He is very kind, knowledgeable and professional and is always willing to answer any and all questions before moving forward with any treatments. The dental hygienist is good at what she does and always gives good advice. I have had multiple appointments here and every single one, I’ve felt extremely welcomed by all the staff. Overall, the staff at lighthouse dental exceeded my expectations when I made my very first appointment. In the past, I’ve always been anxious going to the dentist, but I feel better knowing that I am getting the best care from the best team. “I had such a great experience at this dental office today. I was in a lot of pain and they were kind enough to squeeze me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The dentist knew exactly what was going on within seconds and explained everything clearly so I felt reassured right away.
