“I have had reoccurring back “issues” for more than 30 years. I like to mountain bike and exercise on a regular basis and I found that my back pain would prevent me from staying as active as I would like to be. I had tried stretching and various other practices including massage therapy to try and be proactive in keeping my back healthy and nothing was entirely successful. I would always find myself at some point having back pain despite my efforts. This year I finally decided to try a different approach and go to a Chiropractor as nothing else seemed to work so it was worth a try. I had tried a chiropractor once or twice in the past and never really felt any improvement - until now. I called Lighthouse Chiropractic & Integrative Health and made my first appointment with Natalya Telenchenko. From the first appointment my experience was different from other Chiropractors as Natalya did an assessment which included an x-ray. From there she explained why I was having the back pain and would a develop a plan to correct it. Through subsequent visits she has taken a step by step approach to correcting my alignment. From the second visit I a noticed relief from years of nagging on going back pain/strain. Through each visit she has also educated me on practices that would ensure my back health moving forward. I would highly recommend Natalya and Lighthouse Chiropractic as they are truly an Integrative Health solution.”

“I can’t say enough great things about this practice! Dr. Ken Adams is incredibly professional, consistent and knowledgeable with perfect bedside manner. Before you even schedule an appt, you can start wtih a posture x-ray. It is cool to see improvements over the last few years! He truly cares about his patients’ wellbeing and getting real results. Dr Adams and his team have made a noticeable difference in my varieties of pain from headaches to foot pain (oh, shockwave therapy on your tennis elbow is a game changer!) The front desk staff is also amazing: they’re warm, friendly, funny!, and make scheduling a breeze. Every visit is smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this team!”

“I’ve had an incredible experience with both Dr. Travis and Noah! Dr. Travis is by far the most welcoming doctor I’ve ever met. From day one, he’s been genuinely invested in helping me, not just with treating the injury, but in building a long term plan that turns recovery into a lifestyle.
