It's rare to say you enjoy going to the dentist, but this team makes it possible. The Staff and Atmosphere The entire team—from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists—is professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating . I have never felt rushed or like my questions were "dumb." They are patient, take the time to explain everything clearly, and are wonderfully gentle, especially if you have any anxiety about dental work . Anxiety-Free Experience I used to dread dental appointments and would cancel more often than I showed up. That completely changed after coming here. The staff is understanding, empathetic, and has completely eliminated my dental anxiety. No other office is this compassionate ! Efficient and Modern Service is prompt, and the office is modern and clean. They even direct-bill to insurance, so I usually get my reimbursement the same day . It's a busy and well-established practice because they truly provide high-quality care for the whole family . “I used them for about a decade maybe more. In the last few years I started becoming suspicious of services. It almost seemed as if things were left or done intentionally with the intent of future work. My concerns were ignored about cavities only to find out from my new dentist that I was in fact right! Those same cavities have gotten much worse over the past few years. I was also quoted for an implant. When the work was done we were 600.00 over the quoted price! My final straw was one of the Worst, Most aggressive cleaning's that I've ever had! It left my teeth & gums sore for 3 weeks after the appointment. They had me back to investigate only to tell me "Its not us. The cleaning isn't responsible. You should see your DR its something else" ... That didn't make sense as I was fine until that cleaning. Speculatively I believe that due to that cleaning I now have damaged teeth & 6 new cavities since then.. The Desk staff on the other hand were and are very lovely great ladies <3”Read moreShow less
