“GO SEE ADAM BELL AT LIFT THERAPY! Many people don't know that Lift is not only a cross fit gym, but also boasts a manual therapy clinic, offering massage therapy, osteopathic treatment and fascial stretch therapy. I have been seeing Adam Bell, RMT, at Lift Therapy for over two years because his care is second to none. He is an excellent practitioner who provides temporary and long-term pain relief. In addition, he has impressive experience with complex cases - he was able to diagnosis the root case of my neck pain (a tight jaw!) and create a holistic treatment plan accordingly. Lift Therapy continues to evolve into an inviting, calming clinic space, clearly designed and decorated with thought and care.
