“This place is absolutely amazing. I love the design and intention behind the space—you can really feel the care that went into creating it. I had a Kinstretch session with Rafal, and wow… my body truly needed it. We worked through all the areas that needed some serious TLC, especially my neck, shoulders, and hips, which felt like they desperately needed a reset. Raf was incredibly informative, friendly, and patient throughout the entire session. The best part was seeing and feeling the difference before and after. My body felt stiff and limited at the start, and by the end I was moving in ways I couldn’t before. It was eye-opening to see how much more range and control my body actually has. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to reset, relearn movement, and reconnect with your body. You can truly tell the owners put a lot of love and intention into this space.”
