“I came in for prenatal chiropractic care after my OBGYN suggested it. Honestly, didn't know that prenatal chiropractic care existed. After some research, I found that Lifetime Wellness is one of the few places in Windsor that offers prenatal chiropractic. I started coming at around 28 week, after dealing with terrible sciatic pain since the 11 week mark. Two adjustments later, and I haven't had any sciatic pain! I've had 5 appointments at this point, and I cannot recommend this place enough. All the staff members are phenomenal, and everyone creates such a welcoming environment! They are super accommodating to my work schedule, and are always able to squeeze me in. “First and foremost, Paulette always greets me with a smile and is so friendly each time I come into the office! Moreover, she is so accommodating when it comes to scheduling my appointments, which I am very grateful for. Dr. Ouellette takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides clear explanations regarding treatment. “Dr. Nicolas Ouellette has treated me for muscle pain in the back, pirafomis, neck, carpel tunnel and pronater muscle. He has been treating me using Chiropractics and Acupuncture. Dr. Ouellette is very personable and cares about his patients. On my first visit, he performed comprehensive gathering of information for analysis and to prepare a strategy for treatment. “We were patients with Dr. Ouellette when he was practicing temporarily for our regular clinic (they were without a regular full time doctor). He always gave our whole family excellent care, taking time to make sure he was aware of any new pains or issues going on. “I came here for ankle pain and honestly, this clinic exceeded all my expectations. Other places couldn’t figure out what was really going on, but the doctor here took the time to carefully check everything and immediately found the root of the problem. They explained it in a way that was easy to understand and laid out the treatment plan step by step, which made me feel really confident and reassured. The treatment itself was spot on and tailored perfectly to my condition — I started noticing improvement much faster than I expected. On top of that, the care and kindness were outstanding. The doctor was incredibly thorough and patient, answering every question without rushing me. The staff were also super friendly and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish.
