“I had a wonderful experience at LifeMed! I booked an appointment online to seek help healing an injured knee, and the team at LifeMed replied quickly and offered an appointment for that same week. During my initial visit I was assessed and then walked through a treatment plan that began immediately. “I have visited this clinic a few times and overall had a great experience. However my last session started almost 30 minutes later and it was interrupted for another 30 min in the middle of it - the door just opened up and a personnel asked the therapist that another patient needed to remove needles or something. Very much unacceptable and I probably will not be coming back to that facility. Not to mention that the doctor was wearing rubber gloves during the whole session.”Read moreShow less

“It seems this clinic is doing so well that they can’t be bothered to reply to potential new clients. I asked for appointment options within our availability for myself and partner (meaning TWO new potential clients with full benefit coverage), instead I was ‘recommended’ appointments not within the time frames I asked for (and completely ignoring my request for weekend options for my partner). When I replied back reiterating my initial request, I think they figured we weren’t worth the hassle as it’s been two days without any acknowledgment when their initial replies were done within hours. I hope this is a one off incident since their reviews are quite impressive but either way, I think my partner and I will be better off using our healthcare coverage elsewhere.”Read moreShow less

“I went to see Dr. Mai Le for my upper back and neck soreness that’s been going on for months. After just my first session, I walked out feeling like a new person. Dr. Mai is INCREDIBLE. You can tell how knowledgable she is during the session. She answered all my questions and even showed me helpful at-home exercises to help when my neck is especially sore. “This clinic is my GO-TO for any health problems/concerns. I like coming in to get my low back pain treated by Dr. Mai and she is amazing every time. She is very knowledgeable (she was even able to answer some questions that I've had for a while and a lot of other medical professionals I have been to were unable to answer them) and thorough in her services. She brings in renown techniques that she's learned from all over the world into her practice. In addition, she looks to treat the underlying root of the problem and not just the surface which is very important to me since I want long-term improvement and not just temporary relief. “I participated in a 5K earlier in the summer and LifeMed was their with a booth giving out massages for those who ran the race. My husband and I went over and got the massage! it was great. I told Dr Mai, the issues I was having with my knee and she told me to come over the clinic, so I just did that! I went over to the clinic and I loved it. The clinic is VERY clean and the staff is very friendly! The consultation was way more detailed than I expected. Dr Mai was able to see what was wrong and she was very knowledgeable.
