“Great facility, friendly staff. Steve is the RMT that I've been seeing, can't say enough good things about him. He values my input, and focuses on the areas I need him to, during any given session. Extremely knowledgeable, and is able to tackle any issue that I'm having. Every session has met my expectations, and then some! “I just finished my second massage with Steve and couldn’t be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains what he is doing and why. I feel so much better - less pain, less tightness and far greater range of motion. I leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. “I have been coming into this Lifemark location for almost 2 months now due to a car accident, and I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and support provided there by the front desk staff, as well as by Steve (RMT) and Joleen (Physiotherapist), so much so that I continue to drive in from out of town particularly for their expertise. “I commend all the WONDERFUL STAFF at Lifemark, where I have felt extremely welcome and valued. I was originally assessed by Chaitali, a registered physiotherapist, who took the time to listen to me and understand all of my needs. I inquired about having massages to alleviate my neck and back injury muscle pain as well, and I have been treated by Steve Merrick, RMT; who has made me feel like I matter. I have seen the GREAT IMPROVEMENT with each massage, as the POSITIVE EFFECT of it lasts me for a week and every week I look forward to seeing him. “My husband hurt his back at work and we just finished 8 weeks with Chaitali, a registered physiotherapist. She is amazing and really takes the time to get to know the you and was very knowledgeable. She gave us so many helpful tools to help get back to regular life. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help!
