“Four months ago I couldn't walk at all after a really bad attack of sciatica. I was using a wheelchair and just about progressing to a walker. After following the routines advised by the physiotherapist at fit for work I am able to walk without any aids and even managing stairs. Thanks so much Cyril Walsh.
