“These people are either overbooked or racist. I provided my ICBC claim number which they requested upon my first call to them... why? Until a deal is made it's non of their business anyway. They said someone would call back about setting up massage appointments for my wife who was involved in a motor vehicle last week. No one called back even when I said the cost does not matter they still seemed somewhat disinterested. I just wanted good care for her. If this is normal practice then I will seek quality outside the city. I am so deeply disturbed by their lack of professionalism that their licence in the Oval should be revoked. “I’ve had an excellent experience with Ronnie Gill, my physiotherapist and my wife's therapist also. From the very first session, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me feel better. He was able to quickly identify the source of my aches and pains and provided effective treatment that brought noticeable relief. What I really appreciate is how he explains everything clearly and gives simple, easy-to-follow exercises that I can do at home. The routines are practical and don’t feel overwhelming, which makes it much easier to stay consistent. Overall, I feel a big improvement in my mobility and comfort, and I’m grateful for the care and guidance I’ve received. “Richmond Oval is a top notch facility with accomplished practitioners. Jason Birring at Richmond Oval has been my physiotherapist through two rear ender accidents in the last 10 years. My experience with previous physiotherapists left me feeling like I was part of an assembly line. They relied on machines to deal with my pain issues and left me unattended. Switching to Jason was like a breath of fresh air after a stink bomb attack. The change is like working with a master in an intensive hands-on one-on-one. Grade A treatment! Daniel Linaric at Richmond Oval is a knowledgeable, skilled and intuitive massage therapist. He’s the one to go to when it comes to pain relief. He can find spots I didn’t even know were a problem; he relieves them with positive lasting results. He is outstanding when it comes to accident recovery. I highly recommend Daniel. He treated my son’s ankle injury and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Jordan took the time to explain the injury, the recovery plan, and each stage of treatment clearly and patiently. “Excellent service, quick online appointments, had a few injuries that have been worked on. Met Shiva this time and met Victoria last time. Great job to both and thanks a lot for your help, working on the goal of being pain free. There are 2 handicapped parking right by the door. Pay parking is not too expensive at the oval, there is a parking app, and there is a public bathroom on the north side of the parking lot.”Read moreShow less

“I was a patient in LifeMark for a Concussion. I had Victoria as my Vestibular physio. She did an amazing job checking in on how I was feeling and doing after each exercise I performed.
