“After a laundry list of long term sports injuries creeping in to haunt me in my mid-late 30s, and trying out a few different physiotherapists around town over the years, I finally found a clinic that provides me with the treatment, recovery and care I need! My physiotherapist (Lauren) is so knowledgeable in all aspects of treatment and recovery. Genuine care for my rehabilitation along with encouragement to continue building a healthy lifestyle is beyond the traditional physio I have received in the past. Not once have I been hooked up to a dr.ho and just left alone for 10 minutes. Every visit is hands on massaging, stretching, strengthening, mobility work and relaxation. Detailed descriptions of exercises, stretches and movements answer any questions I have. The best part is the follow up I receive every visit, It helps with my own accountability and home exercises. “Excellent location. Carly helped my husband for over a year with his physio after he was in a major car accident. She also helped me with physio and massage while I was recovering from cancer treatment. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate and friendly.
