“The entire staff at Lifemark Physiotherapy have been "Outstanding". The receptionists are always welcoming and very friendly. Anand, Erika and Dominique are all true proffessionals. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism has been "Second to None". I strongly recommend this department to everyone in need of physiotherapy, & occupational therapy treatments. “I have attending Massage Therapy with Alisha for the last year or so and she is wonderful! She is kind, gentle and a thorough Massage Therapist and always a very calm and relaxing experience with her. Highly recommend Alisha! I also have been attending OT with Erika for some self care issues for about 4 months now. She has been so thorough, kind, a great listener and given me great tips on managing my symptoms. “I've been attending sessions since September 2025 after a very traumatic motorcycle accident. Richa has been amazing! She reminds me I need to slow down and heal properly! I would highly recommend any one of the therapists on staff!!”

“Staff are very nice and accommodating esp. the front office. However, some Therapist needs sensitivity dealing with patients knowing that they are already going through it. One session , I was asked about my day and when I opened up about the massive hair loss I had due to multiple surgeries , it was laughed upon it's as if I was making a joke. It may have not been the intentions but dealing with a lot of patients on the daily and knowing their state , stuff like these shouldn't be downplayed. Also , the difference with the treatment with AHS covered versus Paying Patients is just different.”Read moreShow less
