“I want to preface this review with a caveat that the service at this location is great from the employees, but the building itself does not have an accessible entrance without going halfway around the building to a ramp that connects to a locked door after parking at a very uneven parking lot. Thankfully the staff was able to assist me by bringing out a chair for me to rest in while I was recovering from a broken leg, but it is crazy that a place you are likely to go to for mobility issues is so difficult to visit. I've been told the building management refuses to allow for changes to the entrance to support people with limited mobility because of the technicality of the side entrance with the ramp, but it's pretty ridiculous to expect that trek from folks who can barely walk. EDIT: I have recently seen that the parking lot has been re-paved and that a ramp was installed at the front entrance, so I am updating my score!”Read moreShow less

“I attended an appointment for physio with Christina. Her service was outstanding. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did they prescribe treatment to get and keep me mobile, they patiently and professionally answered all of my questions in a manner easy for me to understand. “⭐☆☆☆☆ I went here for the first time today and left quite disappointed. My appointment started 7 minutes late but still ended within 53 minutes. It was supposed to be a first-day assessment—which they normally charge extra for—but they told me they couldn’t provide the ultrasound because “time was up.” Excuse me, if you’re charging extra for an assessment, the time should be managed accordingly. I arrived on time, and it’s not fair to cut my physio short. I’ve booked 3 more sessions, but honestly, I don’t feel good about going back. When I lived in Lower Sackville, I went to Empowerment Rehab, and they did a much better job at a lower price. “I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Recovering from an injury can be stressful and overwhelming at times. In my case, I'm recovering from 2 minor surgeries - I've basically become a piece of furniture over there but, without them, my recovery wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it has, so thank you! I find that having a good group of healing humans makes all the difference! From their positive attitudes to their extensive knowledge of the body, rest assured you're in good hands!
