“We arrived for the scheduled physiotherapy appointment only to be informed that it had been canceled five minutes before the appointment time, after we had already shown up at the office. There was no prior communication or indication about the office location, and we were then turned away upon arrival. This situation was especially difficult as my father has just undergone a full knee replacement ( few days prior) and has limited mobility. We later learned the clinic is located on the second floor, which was not communicated beforehand and posed a significant challenge given his condition. The lack of notice, communication, and accommodation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during an already challenging recovery period.”Read moreShow less

“I was suffering from very tight back and was very pleased to find Nirali and her staff around the corner from our offices, very professional and very effective. Nirali is exceptional, attentive knew just what to do for my relief. Allen supports well through the exercises and end result was excellent with established routine to avoid future issues. “I was recommended to the team at Lifemark Westmount by a friend. With my injury I was sceptical of what physiotherapy or anything therapy for that matter could do for me. Therapy started right as I walked through the door. You are not a number but a person. Crystal and the staff taking care of the front desk made everyone patient feel welcomed and at ease with genuine greetings every time. The injuries to my right arm included my hand, elbow and shoulder all at once. My recovery was going to be a long road. Nirali and her team reassured me we were on the right track every time. When I said something was uncomfortable or hurt they listened. They understood my frustration with the recovery and reassured me that we were on the right road to recovery. Every exercise and PROPER strength building exercise gave me confidence in doing smaller tasks that grew month by month. The knowledge the team has including the students doing their placements taking care of you is beyond what I expected. Im no longer a sceptic.
