Have been going here for.a while and cannot praise the staff enough for thier attention to detail and the care that Lindsey shows each of her clients , I have been to a few different clinics and by far I have received the best care and the most progress at this location. I can be a little chilly in the office, I would suggest a sweater when going .

Maria is The best! She assessed my symptoms and pain, then provided excellent care, Including acupuncture, massage and ensured I had detailed instruction on how to continue my therapy with proper exercise. Another bonus wasI did not have to stray far from home as she is located in the Sackville sports stadium.

Jennifer was amazing! Honestly the best I've had in a long while. She is very focused on the task at hand and most of all she provides the complete relaxation by being quiet during the process. She will respond to you if you talk but if you stay quiet she does the same allowing you to relax and enjoy. Honestly, so refreshing!!!

My physiotherapy was great,l have no complaints with that aspect. The front desk staff administration is horrible. They are not personable nor friendly. The space is cold from temperature to staff. Avoid ... My advice is to stay away unless you like to be treated less than par. It's very heartless when you are in pain. Big organization with no people skills!

Oh my God the place is freezing cold went there for physiotherapy. The lady that does physiotherapy is very good. The place is very called the receptionist, and when I called our very very rude I will not be returning and it’s a good thing I have coverage because if anybody were to pay a lot of money for these people to be insulted and discarded as they treat a human being it’s just horrible for physiotherapy place. You would think they would be welcoming and inviting, which they are not I would recommend that you stay clear of this place at all cost.

Maia is phenomenal! I would highly recommend booking a massage with her. The whole experience was amazing. Maia and staff are extremely welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable! Thank you for the best massage I will definitely be rebooking!

If you are looking for an amazing Massage Therapist, ask for Maia Laffin. She is amazing, so attentive, a great listener and communicator. Maia worked out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even know was possible. I wish I could afford to see her every week!

Getting back rubs at a lot of the big chain massage therapy clinics is nice, but if you want to put the therapy back in massage therapy give this place a try. Maria is very professional and knowledgeable, and uses active listening skills to tailor your therapy to your needs. Kinda like when you find someone that cuts your hair right, I won't go anywhere else for my massage therapy.

Wow - What can I say - Thank you Lindsay... never did I ever think I would have found myself in the situation I did early this year. A major accident effected me in a way I could have never sympathized with until now. I am on the other side and I know that's because of the time spent in those rooms and on those mats. Amazing to feel more myself and I highly recommend. Thank you everyone, Cat, Cassie, Joe, Lindsay - incredible people who care - what more could you ask for?

I was referred to the clinic by my work place due to a work related injury. However having run professionally and represented Canada on numerous occasions for Championship events has provided me the opportunity of working with a variety of professionals in sports therapy. I have had some good and have had some great therapists to work on me. Lindsay Roach, was my Physiotherapist. Lindsay falls into the great category. During my initial visit I could tell right away that I was in very capable hands. She was able to identify my physical disfunction and was quick to get me a plan to recovery. I followed all of her direction and saw improvements almost immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about Lifemark, Lindsay and her team of professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will definitely be returning if the need shall ever arise again. Thanks again Lindsay.
