“I’m really happy with my experience here. Melissa is amazing at what she does—she’s very attentive and can catch me right away if I’m doing something wrong during my exercises, and always helps me fix it. I call her the “body whisperer”. Julio, has been treating my DeQuervain’s and he’s been amazing. He’s very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. My wrist always feels so good when he’s done his magic! Laura is always there with a big smile. I don’t get treated by her but from what I’ve seen she’s very good! Susan at the front is always so kind and welcoming, which honestly makes a big difference! “I’ve been going to Lifemark Riveridge for quite a few years now. I knew I was in good hands when upon my first visit Laura spent about an hour thoroughly assessing my body, compared to 15 - 20 minutes at a physiotherapy place I used to go to before, Needless to say I’ve never left. Whatever issue I’ve had, and there have been a few with different parts of my body, be it my foot , back, wrist or shoulder, Julio who became my go to guy always put me back together with his vast knowledge, skilled hands and amazing care. He’s a great conversationalist as well, has a great sense of humour, always uplifting. Same goes for Melissa who’s worked with me a few times as well and is equally amazing As you come in you’re greeted with a smile by Susan, a pleasant and very knowledgeable lady and in the evenings by Amina who’s just as lovely with a smile that literally makes your day. “Amazing team! Last October, Laura treated me for dizziness issues after I passed out at work and smashed my face up. Although the treatment sounded odd....it worked! I just recently finished up treatment for a lower back injury with Julio and Melissa. Julio did a variety of treatments, and Melissa kept me on track with exercises, modifying as needed. Highly recommend this team for any issues that require treatment, and have sent co-workers/friends to see them too. “I have had 2 of my daughters to the clinic and have been very impressed with the team. Susan, at the front desk always greets you with a smile and makes submitting claims and scheduling very easy. Their flexible hours allow you to make appointments that work around your schedule. Julio is exceptional. His knowledge, willingness to listen to our concerns and ability to provide and explain treatment plans were greatly appreciated. “After having two knee replacements in four months I consider myself to be so fortunate to have such a professional and well versed team helping me. I've worked with Laura, Melissa and Ameena. “This clinic is fantastic! They are tactful with their booking techniques and are very punctual with referrals. Susan is at the front desk will always greet you with a smile. She will always call you back and provide kind assistance and alternatives for your appointments as well. This is important, because life happens!! She is a pleasure to speak to upon arrival and when you leave. I was referred to this clinic for assistance with post-op neurological complications due to spinal surgery. Although I was succeeding with minor activities, I required further assistance and diagnosis with the mechanics of what I was experiencing neurologically. Julio provided a very detailed physio assessment which assisted me to in targeting my main issues. I also worked closely with Melissa (Kin), who is an absolute master at understanding biology and body mechanics. My scenario is complex and step by step, I am continuing to overcome some very difficult scenarios. Still a work in progress, I was able to succeed with neurological retraining, strengthening and functional movement with the help and knowledge provided by Melissa. She has assisted me in rebuilding confidence and trusting my body once again. Melissa and Julio are absolute "gold nuggets" in this industry and I am grateful to have them both in my "army of wellness".
