Everyone here genuinely makes you feel comfortable and cared for. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, which makes every visit stress-free. The staff take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel supported throughout your treatment. It’s rare to find a place where every interaction is this pleasant. Nothing but great things to say about this clinic and the people who work here. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Dr. Cory took the time to carefully assess my condition, clearly explain the treatment plan, and answer all of my questions. They have a large team that provides great support to all patients. Throughout my sessions, I felt supported and motivated, and I noticed real improvement in both my pain and mobility. The clinic is spacious, features a gym, and is very clean and well-organized. They also run on time, which made every visit smooth and stress-free. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway and street parking, as well as paid parking across the street. I highly recommend Lifemark to anyone looking for knowledgeable and caring physiotherapy professionals.

I had a great experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy Bay & Bloor location. I was treated by Dr. Cory Grosman for chiropractic care. He is kind, patient, and very professional. He explained clearly what caused my problem and guided me step by step through the treatment. He also showed me exercises to practice and how to avoid pain after long hours of work at home. His explanations were easy to understand, and after the treatment I felt fully recovered. He is honestly one of the best doctors I have ever had. I also had massage therapy with Greg Mulholland, and it was excellent. His massage was very relaxing and helped me feel calm and comfortable. After long working hours, his sessions are perfect. The relaxing music and his skill helped treat the right spots and made me feel refreshed and peaceful. And I also want to mention the reception staff. The ladies are very friendly, welcoming, and kind every time I come in. They always help and support me with all the paperwork and documents. I always feel welcomed whenever I visit here!!!

I cannot imagine a better experience recovering from an injury. The team is not only super capable but, almost as important, friendly and caring. They greet you by name as you walk through the door and visiting is like catching up with old friends. They've even checked in when I've been a bit long between appointments to see how I am. Special mention to Raquel and Bob who are so, so great.

Just had my last visit with Madeleine who treated my arm injury for a few months. It's all better!! Excellent attentive care. I also saw the massage therapist who helped identify a minor shoulder issue and met another great physiotherapist when Madeleine was on vacation. All are wonderful. Special thx to the friendly administrative staff who are always so cheery. Thank you Madeleine!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Madeline (Madeleine Wells-Rowsell), a physiotherapist at Lifemark Bay & Bloor, through two major health challenges, and I can’t say enough good things. When I first came to her, I was recovering from shoulder damage sustained in a car accident. I was frustrated by persistent pain, limited mobility, and uncertainty about how much my shoulder could heal. Dr. Madeline took the time to listen carefully, ask detailed questions, and perform a thorough assessment. Her approach felt individualized, not “one size fits all.” She designed a program combining manual therapy, targeted exercises, and pain education, which helped me gradually regain strength and range of motion without aggravating the injury. Later, I came to her for treatment of lower back pain, the kind that cropped up from overtraining in the gym. She identified compensatory patterns and weakness imbalances, and carefully introduced corrective movements, core stability work, and mobility drills. Over several sessions, she guided me to understand how to move more safely and sustainably in my workouts. What stood out: Patient-centered and communicative: She explained what was happening with my shoulder and back in language I could understand, and gave me tools (exercises, posture cues, strategies) to use between sessions. Balance of challenge and care: While her programs pushed me, she was always mindful of my pain thresholds and recovery status. She adjusted things if something didn’t feel right. Supportive during progress and setbacks: Some days were tougher than others, she was encouraging without making me feel judged. Holistic mindset: She didn’t just treat symptoms; she guided me through patterns (weaknesses, overuse, movement habits) so the improvements stuck. If you’re dealing with shoulder issues, back pain, or injury rehabilitation in the Toronto area, Dr. Madeline is a physiotherapist I trust wholeheartedly. She blends skill, empathy, and thoughtful planning in a way that makes you feel supported every step of the way.

I came in for physiotherapy due to a shoulder injury, and I’m really glad I did. Dr. Cory Grossman was my physiotherapist, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and tailored the sessions to my needs. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve seen a lot of improvement and feel much better now. Also, the front desk team does an excellent job — they’re always friendly, organized, and helpful. Highly recommend!
