“Had some issues with pain in my shoulders and a pinched nerve in my arm. After about 6 months of going here for appointments my issues have been drastically improved. Darcy was the person I worked with the most and he is great. All the staff here are very friendly and great to be around. “I’ve been to Rosanna for pelvic floor therapy and can not overstate how excellent she is. I thought the issue I had been dealing with for years wasn’t fixable - she assured me I’d be better in about five treatments, and she was right! Today I saw Darcy for a minor but painful injury. Childcare fell through, so I called the clinic and was told if I was comfortable with it I could bring my 7 month old along. (Having been there previously during covid, I felt very confident about their safety protocols.) Not only did Darcy very quickly pinpoint the issue and get me on track with a treatment plan, he went above and beyond to make the experience - overtired baby in tow - better than I could have hoped for; engaging the baby, offering to dim the lights while he left me with the tens machine in case the baby decided to nap, and so patient with interruptions. I left feeling relieved that it wasn’t a disaster taking the baby, and confident that his treatment will have me healed up in no time. Both physiotherapists are phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend!”Read moreShow less

“I had an amazing massage today by the wonderful Holly Barnes. Holly had been my massage therapist for a few years until she moved away. Now she’s back and I am so excited! Holly is FANTASTIC! Very calming and professional. I was so relaxed after my visit. And the Lifemark staff were so awesome and friendly! “I am so thankful for this clinic! I saw Gillian Malan for a shoulder issue and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and professional and I found her compassionate and easy to talk to. She had me back to work and out of pain faster than I had expected! Kudos to the entire staff as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
