“I recently visited Lifemark Physiotherapy for a 7‑hour assessment with Elisabeth Crosby, a registered Occupational Therapist. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived, but any anxiety I had quickly disappeared thanks to Elisabeth’s kindness and empathy. The assessment was extremely thorough, and she provided a detailed, comprehensive report with practical recommendations I can use to improve my overall functioning. I’m very glad I found Lifemark and had the opportunity to work with Elisabeth. “I have complex musculoskeletal issues. Martine, Shelly, Christina and Max are amazing. They are incredibly empathetic and willing to go with the flow when my joints are alternately problematic. Carrie and Kira keep the ship afloat and are amazing at ensuring that my benefits are in line with the care I’m receiving. I’m most likely a very long term client and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I suppose just one tiny, tiny criticism is that there is limited space for doing exercises and kinesiology. “I visited the clinic to get treatment for a shoulder injury. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Aside from the treatment I received at the clinic, I was also provided exercises that helped me long term. “I stumbled upon this clinic after a car accident, in pure 2020 fashion, last December. Every staff member I've come across has been nothing but helpful and incredibly friendly. “It was a good service, but because my insurance does not cover much, and my work has gone down because of corona, I decided to stop my treatments for the time being.
