“Disha is a fantastic massage therapist! She has a great understanding of muscle tension and provides treatments that are both relaxing and therapeutic. I always leave feeling refreshed and pain-free. Her professionalism and skill make her highly recommended for anyone in need of a massage. I also got physiotherapy sessions from Sarah. She is an exceptional physiotherapist! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her patients’ progress. “I had such a great experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy. Sarah did my assessment and physio sessions, and she was fantastic. She explained the exercises really clearly and made sure I felt confident doing them on my own. She’s very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advice for managing my pain long-term. On top of that, she’s friendly and easy to talk to, and she really put me at ease. I also had a massage with Disha, and it was wonderful. Her techniques were excellent and helped release so much of the tension and discomfort I’d been carrying. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience really relaxing and comfortable. Both Sarah and Disha are excellent at what they do and genuinely care about their patients. “Complete lack of privacy in the facility. All patients can hear what is happening and being talked about. The waiting room can also hear everything not to mention the patient area being completely windowed and open to the public. The doctors talking very loudly to all there patients isn't helping. The doctors are all hard to understand as well. The care is questionable and while not terrible it doesn't stand out. You have to really press them for the help you need. “They are all professional here, from the receptionist, Crystal and Jeannie are very welcoming and accomodating. Jaylin is the most nice,kind and very supportive om doing my exercises. Dr.Siju is the best, he is is always making sure that I am ok and very gentle. Explaining everything to me and making sure I am comfortable.
