“I recently had TKR, and was a little slow in recovery, and deep tissue Massage was suggested. I booked with Thomas Jenkins, and it was the best move I could have made. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Improvement was almost immediate , and what more important, lasting. I would absolutely recommend it for anybody recovering from injuries or surgeries. “I only write reviews when I’m exceptionally impressed by results, customer service, quality of service, cleanliness and quality of hospitality. I recently started playing guitar heavily after taking a lengthy hiatus. Toured in my 20’s, played lots of shows. I’m in my early 40s now and quickly developed tendinitis on the top and bottom of my right elbow from extensive tremolo picking. Been seeing Joe for a few months for physio on my elbow and apart from the various modalities of treatment he offered, the exercises and recommended movements have helped a ton and I feel incredibly well taken care of when I come for treatment. Today I came for a massage from Tommy and I’m absolutely blown away at the improvement I saw after one session on my arm and elbow recovering from tendinitis. I was looking for a deep tissue physio motivated massage and I got it. My range of motion was incredibly better after one session and the pain / tightness down my chain is much looser in my hip, pelvis, knee and ankle not to mention my forearm bicep and elbow on my injured arm. 12/10.
