“My mom had her post knee surgery rehab at Lifemark and had an amazing experience. Joanna and Ali were incredibly attentive and considerate in each session and the exercises they sent home with us made for a very smooth recovery. “Thank you so much to my very warm and knowledgeable physiotherapist Joann and her Assistant who did a great job with my shoulder tendonitis. With the procedures done that included the ultrasound and prescribed daily exercises, my pain level decreased n 5 sessions so far. This was OHIP covered . The private insurance coverage would of course include more hands on procedures. Thanks as well to Tristan, the office Mgr. for his assessment and suggestions. And to the friendly and attentive receptionists for the high level of customer service. This clinic is highly recommended.”

“About 1 and a half years ago I was involved in a car accident and was referred to Lifemark until this day the experience has been better than I expected! The clinic is very clean, the receptionist Sarah was very understanding when I had to recently keep changing my appointment around to fit my schedule. She made the new appointment work for my physiotherapist ( Henry) and I so quickly. I would recommend booking with Henry at Lifemark for any physiotherapy needs as he knows exactly how to help with the pain! Sarah makes bookings easy and less stressful !”

“I had a truly remarkable experience at LifeMark’s Maple Physiotherapy clinic. Alex and Sarah, administrative staff members, create a nurturing, relaxed and supportive environment in the clinic. I cannot say enough about how their professionalism, warmth, and empathy encourages clients to feel that their wellbeing matters. They set an unusually positive tone for the clinic to offer its best for each client. My physiotherapist Henry Tan, excelled at knowledgeable, person-centered care. Most significant was the skilled manual therapy he provided for my back stenosis and arthritis. His hands-on techniques significantly reduced pain, stiffness, and muscle tension - plus improved my mobility and overall function. The results gave me a genuine burst of joy and motivation! Henry recommended exercises with some adaptations to strengthen my core, improve my range of motion, without aggravating any affected areas.
