“I came to lifemark in much pain! My therapist Gurpreet Singh was wonderful! He took me through the right exercises and stretches that were most beneficial for my healing! He was very kind and knew exactly what was needed to put me on the path to my healing! I am very grateful for all that he has done to help me! Thank you Gurpreet!! When I was greeted at the front door by Denise she was such a pleasant lady it was always nice to see her smiling face when I came f o r my appointments!”

“I had a very good & positive experience with my first time ever needing physio therapy. I was treated for Frozen Shoulder by Haslin Shanmuganathan. She did an excellent job in coming up with a plan of exercises and pain management to get me through it. Haslin was very attentive to my needs , supportive & encouraging over the course of my 8 months of treatment. Her assistants were also great in helping me through the exercises & pain management. All the staff are excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend Haslin as your physio therapist and the Lifemark Physiotherapy Harwood & Clements site for your physio therapy needs. I give them a 5 star rating!”

“I had an excellent experience with massage therapist name Ashishkumar Kathiriya. He was professional, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. He took the time to ask about my problem areas and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. His technique was strong, precise, and very effective at relieving tension, especially in my back and shoulders. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how he checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable throughout the session. You can tell he’s skilled and genuinely cares about helping his clients feel better. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less sore. “I first visited Haslin’s office after experiencing severe lower back pain from heavy lifting while moving. She developed an effective treatment plan tailored to my condition, and within a month or two, my pain had significantly improved. I continue to see her regularly for upper back discomfort, which is mostly due to poor posture. Haslin and her staff are consistently friendly, professional, and maintain a genuinely positive and supportive approach toward their patients.
