“I received treatment for a concussion over the course of several months and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the warm, smiling receptionists who were very friendly and helpful, leaving a lasting impression. • Nick was thorough, professional and informative in his assessment which made my first interaction very pleasant. Thank you Nick. • I was paired with Jessica for the majority of my sessions and cannot scratch the surface of relaying her excellence in both skill and passion for her art and helping others; not only did I learn so much about myself I was given a safe place to facilitate healing from the outside in. Thank you for you and all you do. • Rebecca brought a brightness to the room each time she entered as she seemed to move at the speed of light doing whatever was needed and offering anything to make it easier or more comfortable. Thank you Rebecca. • Daniel’s massages brought awareness to what was happening in the spots needing treatment and made the session enjoyable and educational releasing much anxiety. Thank you Daniel. • Linda worked with me on posture and resetting of contributing habits and I am grateful for the way in which it was delivered with kindness and honesty. “Everyone is extremely friendly. You feel like you are welcomed like long time friends. They make treatment easy and personal. They work through your issues (mine was work related) and provide treatment which actually got me back on track and back to work in the exact time frame. Honestly I feel better than ever and I'm kind of disappointed I don't get to see the familiar faces now that I'm healed. 11 out of 10 would recommend.”Read moreShow less

“A great place...cleanliness protocols, receptionists and practitioners. I highly recommend this place for both massage and physiotherapy. Nick is an exceptional physiotherapist, best I've ever had in my years of having had several over the years. He's knowledgeable and really knows his treatment procedures! Excellent. “I was injured in June, had seen a Physio at a different clinic in Ontario with no relief. When we moved home to NS, after quarantine was done I found Nick! In the first 2 treatments I had improvement in my back issues, and by the end of 4 weeks I had learned movements to do at home that I no longer require treatments!!! For the first time since June, I have no major issues with my back! Nick is excellent! He taught me the differences between injuries and their presentations in a way that I clearly understood why the treatments worked. Nick assessed me every visit to ensure that there was progress from the treatments, and if it wasn't working readjusted and reassessed until it was! He taught me the exercises that maintain my health and well being! Nick is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Working in healthcare myself, I appreciate someone who does their job well the first time! Nick's goal was to have me able to manage my injury independently, and not need to return for treatments.
