Nicole Kohlert has been treating me for MS. I was referred by Dr. Mascaro who had great things to say about lifemark and I’m so glad I took his advice. Nicole is very knowledgeable, Compassionate and comes with years of experience. She is by far the best therapist I have encountered. I have drop foot and weakness in my right arm and hand. Nicole assessed me and has given me pointers and exercises which are helping tremendously. She takes the time to explain each exercise and makes sure I am doing them correctly. I like that she actually does the exercises first to show how it is properly done. She has taught me several tips for my mobility which work well for me. I look forward to every session I have with her. I would have no reservations in recommending Nicole. The facility I visit on St. Laurent Blvd is clean and the receptionists are pleasant and easy to deal with.

This place is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, calm, and very professional, exactly the kind of demeanor you want in a health clinic. The receptionist Nadine is so competent and really good at remembering people. I went in for pelvic physio after having a baby and I loved my experience with Bahaa El Sarraf, who was patient, informative, and non-judgmental when I neglected to do the exercises -- by the way she is fluent in English and French!! For people who are wary of trying pelvic physio because you may feel awkward... just do it, it'll help. My pain and stiffness improved a lot under her guidance and I was honestly kinda sad to be discharged lol. I would love for more people to know about this clinic because they provide a huge variety of services, not just neurology-centric. There is even Alexia who does infant physio! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys for constantly dealing with me rescheduling and forgetting appointments 😭 Note that the entrance to the clinic is not at the front of the building; you go down the incline in the parking lot and it's at the side door.

I have been going here for years to treat chronic post-concussion syndrome. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and always willing to help out. Currently I am working with Alexia a physiotherapist at the clinic. She has managed my care SO well and is incredibly knowledgeable. She has helped me work on many aspects of care related to my concussions, including: digestion, strength and mobility, headaches and neck pain, visual and vestibular issues, and many more. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing care for neurological related conditions. I even referred my mom for chronic pain and she also loves it there.

The list of exercises to be prepared by Brooke Sullivan is supposedly based on her visit to my house to examine me and allow her to make notes about my situation such as limitations of movement of my hands and legs. For this visit I paid $170. However, the actual list of exercises provided by her consisted of standard exercises for bed ridden patients; indeed the list is mostly useless for me. I found the quality of her total service to be poor.

Marie-Céline worked her magic and I immediately felt relief from my concussion symptoms. I've seen many physiotherapist but cannot recommend enough this clinic and Marie.

So happy that we decided to go ahead with the LSVT Big program for Parkinson's patients at Neurologic Physiotherapy. There was a definite learning curve for my mom as she was first introduced to the exercises but Nicole Kohlert and Brook Sullivan fostered such an encouraging and positive environment that she was was soon able to do much more than she initially thought possible. At each appointment, we always felt we were in excellent hands. My mom was taught ways for making several everyday activities easier and her walking gait and balance both improved significantly. She no longer uses a cane even for extended walks. Thanks to Nicole and Brook, my mom has regained some of her independence and confidence!

I can't say enough about Marie-Celine St. Jacques! She has given me hope where I didn't have it from other professionals. She is thorough, compassionate, kind and continues to improve the post concussion syndrome that I have been dealing with for over 3 years. She has been a true partner in my healing and I am so grateful for her care. I would highly recommend her. I would also like to say that Amber is the voice and the face to the clinic and she has been nothing short of kind, accommodating and helpful.

I highly recommend Marie-Céline St-Jacques and the Lifemark Neurologic Physiotherapy on St-Laurent Blvd. Marie-Céline is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment plan in a way that was easy for me to understand. She was also very patient with me, answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was so impressed by her professionalism and committment to her patients. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained, with private rooms for treatment and very helpful and supportive staff. Definitely a gem among physiotherapy clinics in the area.
