“I've been seeing Danielle, massage therapist, for some neck and back pain - along with chronic migraines. On the first meeting with her, we went over my concerns and she did a few assessments to help understand what I needed. During the massage, I felt very at ease as she talked me through her different techniques and ensured that I was always comfortable and relaxed. I found her techniques to be so calming - but yet exactly what my body needed to help release tension. But why I keep going back is that she adapts her techniques based on what I need that session - she listens to every concern and will address it. She also goes beyond as she shares so much helpful knowledge and tips on what I could be doing at home too. I've been feeling a lot better since I've started seeing her - less migraines, less back pain, and more mobility in my neck. Overall, I'd highly recommend seeing Danielle! “Our family sees Dr Kristen for chiropractic care. The kids are always so excited to go! Kristen is consistently upbeat and positive, providing a very welcoming environment. She has great advice and direction for any issues we are having. Highly recommend!”

“I have been with Kristyn for many years now as my massage therapist....and she is the best! I have chronic pain and nerve damage and she has helped me greatly in being able to manage my symptoms. She is very knowledgeable and each treatment is focused on what my body needs at that time. I always leave feeling better and much more relaxed. “I have been seeing Andrea for the last year and a half for my back. She is by far the best physio I have ever been to. Her assessments are really thorough, she doesn’t miss a beat. “Dr. Kristen has been my chiropractor for a number of years now. She’s not only a great chiro, but also gives great tips on how to eat better and takes the time to show me certain stretches when dealing with specific issues. She also offers personal training sessions at Lifemark which I have found to be very helpful. She’s very personable and clearly cares about her patients.
