“I injured my tendon on my right ankle which is already weak from sciatica. It happened in March and persisted til September. No one could figure out what exactly was wrong with it and why it wasn't healing. I got some ultrasounds done and was told there was a near tear. I came to Alex at LifeMark and he discovered that was not the case. With just one correct deep finger massage between the bone and tendon, Alex released built-up fluid that had congealed and created a bump under and around the tendon causing extreme pain. I could walk better instantly the next morning, 50% of the pain and tightness was gone. It continues to get better because I am following his program of physio. Thanks Alex. Christina.”

“Five stars!!! I had an amazing experience. Howard lee as my physiotherapist, I was lucky to get all the treament ,support and advice. He is very knowledgeable,kind, attentive and caring. With the help of interpreter, he made sure I understood what he is saying and took time to listed to all my quations and concerns. In addition,Val and ryan were also part of the team I the beginning of my treatment. Thinking back in what kind of heath l was in and now, There is just not enough words to express my feelings. I will definitely recomend this place to anyone who might need treatment. Overall l like to thank all the staff, the ladies at the front desk for always have a welcoming attitude, keeping the clinic clean and safe. Last but not least, i like to thank my interpreter Aster G For being the best interpreter.”

His encouragement and expertise were invaluable, and I’m grateful for his hard work and support. Alain, the physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. Masha and Natasha provided me with helpful advice on body mechanics, posture, proper positioning and safe ways to perform different duties. “PCMP program is one of a kind and need more exposure, so more ppl can get help earlier, the education and support that I received in the PCMP has been the biggest difference making in my recover. My amazing team Kristina my OT - helping me with my cognitive abilities and setting up a GRTW to help me gradually return to work, and making me feel safe! And going above and beyond when helping me assess my work environment. Juliet my PT, provide me with education about concussions and symptom management strategies! Thank you, Juliet, for your understanding, and compassion you showed during recent medical findings. And your talent and education with acupuncture really helped me fight off major migraines! Thank you, Dr. K for being on top of my most recent health concerns and timely, efficient promptness in your work, help me so much and keep my mind at ease.
