“I started coming to this clinic per ICBC’s recommendation for my concussion. I want to thank the staff for a job well done. “LifeMark Health is more than just treatment. We were a team and a community! I received nothing but kindness, support, encouragement, knowledge and generosity! “I saw Travis at Lifemark, who helped me with my rehab from a fractured collar bone. He showed me how to work with bands and perform some basic exercises which helped me alot. He really listened to my concerns and made adjustments where necessary. Very easy, friendly and competent guy to work with. Nice comfortable environment at the facility and always a welcoming smile from Joy at the front desk. Definitely will be going back if I have more physio needs. “My experience with OT Consulting's Occupational Rehab 2 program has been nothing but positive. I was under the direct care of Willy, my Occupational Therapist, and Jeff my Physiotherapist. The entire staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, I felt as though they genuinely cared about me not just as a patient but also as a person. During my time in the program, they were always there when I had concerns to voice, and I always felt like they were working for my best interests at heart. Willy was always extremely professional and aided in the process of my work injury stupendously, and Jeff was exceedingly personable and was able to really make me understand what was going on with my injury. Overall Lifemark Health - OT Consulting has been one of the biggest milestones towards helping me understand and come to terms with my work injury. “OT literally changed my life. I can not thank Grace and Bruce enough! I ruptured a disc in my back and pretty much gave up on life. I got into the clinic on August 1st and couldn’t even move, I had already been through 6 months of the worst pain in my life. I was diagnosed with a ruptured disc that was pinching a nerve beside my spine and had been for months. Bruce was very honest and patient with me for the 1st week. I moved slow and could barely do the tasks. After the 1st month they would raise my spirits by complimenting me every day when I came in. Grace helped me so much with work sim and confidence lifting things. 2019 was one of the best/worst years of life! Thanks to OT I’m back to my job in film and working 15 hour days with a smile! Again, can not thank the whole staff enough, but for me it was truly Bruce and Grace who saved my life! Was great seeing you guys today! Hopefully cross paths soon! ❤️”Read moreShow less
