“My partner has been attending this clinic for several sessions, paying $90 per visit, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Each appointment consists of what is essentially a 10-minute supervised exercise that could easily be done at home, with no clear treatment plan, progression, or measurable improvement over time. There does not appear to be any structured approach to recovery or return-to-work planning, which is especially concerning given the nature of the injury. Treatment is extremely limited, with minimal hands-on therapy and little use of common physiotherapy techniques beyond basic electrotherapy (no acupuncture, dry needling, or massage). It feels like there is little effort being made to actually address the issue, and more focus on continuing sessions without results. Communication has also been a problem. Concerns are often interrupted or dismissed, and the overall tone comes across as condescending. There have also been inappropriate comments made about personal habits that are not relevant to the treatment.
