It irks me that this place was so bad that I had to break my "only give 5 star ratings or don't leave a review" rule. The surgical referral seemed much more like a sales pitch of sorts, to buy shoes from a specific shoe store, or Lifemark's inhouse shoe inserts. Why is this purported shoe deficiency impacting just the ONE knee, the knee that, coincidentally, has a large cyst and tear in it? "Good question" he says, never giving me an actual answer. I suspect the Dr. knew perfectly well that my shoe issue is not causing the knee pain. The examination of my shoes and inserts was so casual that it seemed like theatre made for the make-believe time that characterized the meandering side-quest that we were already well into when the 6pt shoe plan started. The Dr. seemed as if he was both a surgery and pain med skeptic of sorts. No balanced, or detailed, information was presented. Instead, the side-effects of both surgery and pain meds seemed to be applied as if they were his wholesale veto. This appt was such a waste of time that it was insulting. I don't really care if people take their jobs seriously BUT at least show enough interest in your job that you can be considerate of the time, pain, money etc. that patients have to invest in for these sorts of nonsensical, unhelpful, solutions. Have you ever gone to a Dr. hoping to get an explanation for your pain that makes no sense whatsoever? This is the place for that. His special 6pt approach comes with zero literature to guide the patient later, the strength exercises he mentions are not given in any detail (certainly, no routine was given). His assistant does the range of motion, symptom checking parts of the assessment. Then the Dr. comes and, from then on, 97.45% (give or take) of the patient's time will be wasted. He doesnt even offer to provide a purportedly helpful injection right away. To get that $350 injection, first I have to wait 6 more weeks and spend a wack of money on new shoes and inserts. The Dr. did nothing to convince me that the feet were the actual cause of the knee pain, or even a better primary explanation, than the large cyst in my knee. A family member had the same surgery that the Dr. poopooed and now they regularly go on long runs. What did the Dr. think of that? Well, without assessing her in anyway, he seemed pretty confident that she will have more knee problems in 10 or 15 years. To heck with dealing with pain and mobility problems in the present! Just think how kewl all his patients look when they are hobbling with perpetual knee pain but are all pimped out in new kicks and custom insoles! The bigger problem is that he seems to be a gatekeeper of sorts for surgeons. His referral opens the door to an actual surgical consult. Yet, he seems totally dismissive of surgical interventions. So what the heck is he doing in this role other than trying to sell some insoles or drive business to a specific shoe store? It is so frustrating when gatekeeper experts don't put any effort into showing their expertise and give the patient a rational explanation for the decisions the dr. made. When ANY future purchases are involved, it destroys trust. Lifemark let's this crap happen and, as such, it seems like a company to avoid in the future. If you ever had a desire to be talked to like you are extremely gullible AND a moron, then the canned 6pt pitch is for you! Update: I bought the shoes & the custom insoles the Dr. told me to buy (even though the orthopedist said they likely wouldn't help my issue), I did exercises (even though the Dr gave me no specific exercises to do). None of it helped. Finally, I got the injection which caused 8 days of nearly debilitating pain, another week and a half of higher pain, 2 days of almost no pain, and 3 or 4 days of less pain. Now, having run the course of this referral, I am back to where I started. This Dr.s approach seems completely removed from the patient's experience of living with pain.

There a quite a number of positive comments on Dr. R. Gregg. I couldn't agree more with them. I received a little straight talk from Dr. Gregg and got some sound and sage advice that set my mind at ease. Thank-you.

Dr gregg has done marking for me for a while now. And when nothing else helped the pain this was the only treatment that gave me any real relief. He and his son are also incredibly kind and helpful.

I had an appointment here today and left feeling very uncomfortable with how I was treated. After being called into a room, the staff member began asking questions, but during the conversation he implied that I was getting angry or aggressive. I was in pain, and when you’re in pain, your tone can sound frustrated — that does not mean you are being aggressive. When he suggested that I was getting upset, I told him that if he felt uncomfortable, we should cancel the appointment. I then attempted to leave the room. At that point, he grabbed my shoulder and repeatedly told me to stay. I felt that this physical contact was completely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. Overall, I felt judged rather than listened to, and I left feeling disrespected. This experience was upsetting, and I do not feel this clinic handled the situation professionally. And for that, I’ve given them a one star because they didn’t give me the opportunity to help.

I’ve been having a really bad knee issue for MONTHS following a sports injury, so my doctor referred me to Dr. Randy Gregg. After reading some reviews on here I was a little discouraged and nervous about my appointment with him. Still, I went in with an open mind and I am so glad I did. Dr. Gregg was great!! I didn’t find him to be rude at all, just efficient and straight to the point. I’m still very fresh in my treatment but I honestly think I’m seeing some improvement already. And all without the discussion of surgery (I’m an active 30 year old female, so I REALLY didn’t want to take the surgery route). My experience with Dr.Gregg has been great so far and I’m very happy with having him as my specialist through this!

I received treatment for my neck pain from PT Cregg Webber, and even the first session brought significant relief. He is highly professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and demonstrates great attention to detail in his practice. I was very pleased with his approach and would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking quality physiotherapy care.

Excellent and Highly Recommend!! Few months ago i was rear ended and suffered severe back injuries. I could do normal routine but in pain despite of taking pain and muscle relaxant medications. I am beyond impressed with the care and expertise provided by Ola. From my very first session, it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping patients. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assessed my condition, and crafted a personalized treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. Ola was friendly, nice, and very professional. He made sure that I was comfortable with the activities I had to do to recover. He made me understand that pain in the body was not normal 😂. We both made the sessions fun by telling funny stories. He targeted the cause of my injuries and i can say that I have recovered. Also emailed me sets of exercises that i can easily do at home. His helped above and beyond for sure greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking expert care for injury recovery or injury prevention. All the staffs I dealt with were friendly and welcoming.
