“Great physio environment! Fractured wrist in car accident and after physio here it's like I was never in the accident. Hopefully I won't ever have an injury again but if I do this is the place I'll come back to.”

“I have been seeing Rakesh for quite awhile. I went there after a motor vehicle accident which injured my rotator cuff. I have been to many other physiotherapists for our things but he is amazing. I can’t believe how patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable and talented he is. My treatment there has been fantastic and I am even better than the accident. “I have been attending the AR program for a few weeks now and highly reccomend it. Everyone is extremely patient and kind and they tell you from day one that the goal is to push yourself, but not so hard you'll flare up. They are so good at helping find specific muscle groups to work on and making you feel safe so that you can get the most out of program. They also offer psych and biofeedback as well as classes, so it's a really interdisciplinary practice, which is fantastic if you have confusing concerns.”Read moreShow less

“Great care and very professional. I had to come here twice a week for over a month due to injury and it's been great. All the staff from front end were always very nice and professional when checking in or setting up appointments. The facility was always very clean and thats impressive in winter. I worked with Rakesh and he was always extremely friendly and he helped me get back on my feet in a couple of weeks. He truly cared about me and listened when I explained any discomfort from injury. If you're looking for a clean, professional building with people who actually care if you get better, then go here. I will recommend them to everyone.”Read moreShow less

“I am very grateful to receive physio treatment at LifeMark. Holly not only provides pain relief; she has a cheerful disposition and a great sense of humour. Constant widespread pain can be depressing at time; therefore, Holly's positive reinforcement is vitally important to the healing process. She has increased my strength; magically reduced much of my pain and expertly manages the rest .
