“I began treatment with Clifton following a vehicle collision, and I was also recovering from surgery. I had upper back soft tissue injury and surgery in the same area. Clifton started with light stretching exercise and we worked our way up to being able to lift weights. He provided me with exercises to do at home at a pace I could manage. I have full pain free movement and the tools to help me work out any pain or tightness that pops up. Clifton help me recover from both issues by giving me clear instruction, always following up,and with a very caring positive personality. Clifton listens and observes issues and adapts therapy to your personal ability. I truly appreciate the help Clifton gave to me, and I will continue working with him as needed. Also the front desk team are awesome nice I always felt welcomed when I arrived for appointments. Thank you!”

“Great staff and therapists. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I personally work with John Vihos and we have great sessions and conversations every time I come in. Traction, IMS, stretching, resistance training and TENS machines are some of the tools John has used with me. Been seeing John for 16 plus years now and no other therapist compares to John. Highly recommend but the timeslots fill up very quickly.”

“I had a compassionate and caring physiotherapist Carmen during my year long journey of healing. Carmen was very friendly and always professional. I thank John for filling the gap when Carmen wasn't around. Ilmun , the Kiniosologist was amazing and always provided me different options for my excercises. He was very professional and an amazing man who made my excercise time fun and flexible. I had a wonderful time with Savannah before she went for a mat leave as well. The whole receptionsts team gave me the best customer service but Evelyn and Umme were exceptional. Evelyn and Umme always amazed me with their patience, respect and their way of accomodating my busy schedule. They never failed to smile and greet when they see you. I really loved their welcoming approaches. This centre is highly reccomendable.”

“I worked with Mr. James Murphy at Lifemark Physiotherapy Beaumaris for treatment after my accident injuries, and my experience was consistently positive. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained what he was doing, and tried a range of treatments including traction, needling, massage, and heat therapy. He also suggested practical exercises and ways to manage pain at home. I found the sessions productive, and I appreciated his patient and thoughtful approach.”

“There's great physiotherapists here but the culture of care is really flawed and compromised. It's a high volume, low quality corporate provider. I had multiple breaches of my privacy (related to contact preferences) over the course of two years and there was a pattern for them to apologize and then repeat the exact actions that caused the problem. Those concerns were EVENTUALLY responded to constructively after being escalated several levels up within Lifemark, but it took a lot of shouting, unfortunately. There was also a lot of pushback for getting very modest disability supports to make their clinic accessible. I felt a lot of hostility masked by polite language when I opened that conversation and was basically pushed out the door. Fortunately, I was able to find a clinic that understands and practices TIC and it made me glad that things broke down when they did. Having switched to a really caring and capable provider has really highlighted what's been missing and what I put up with as services declined. 4.5 stars as an average for the PTs here. Zero for management, environment, attitude and everything else.”

“Exceptional service from John ( Physiotherapist) he is so knowledgeable to identify the issues / know exactly how to treat a patient with simple exercises If you need a physiotherapist it is worth the wait in line to have John. “Today first time, I went for an adjustment with Clifton the Chiropractor. I was glad I did, he is very open and was honest with me. Gave me few tips on some daily exercises to maintain my body posture and provided me with a body adjustment. I would recommend him and would go see him again in few months. Thank you.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Lake Beaumaris Lifemark Physiotherapy! They have been absolutely unreal throughout my healing journey. I’m very ADHD and often struggle with being late or missing appointments, but the team here has always been beyond patient, kind, and understanding with me. Carmen, my physiotherapist, has truly helped me heal and make so much progress, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and care. The front desk ladies – Nursel, Evelyn, and Umme – are always welcoming, supportive, and make every visit feel so comfortable. Even though I’ve moved 40 minutes away, I will never stop coming here because this is hands down the BEST physio clinic in Edmonton.
