Joy is an excellent physiotherapist. She is professional, friendly, and caring. She truly puts her patients first and provides outstanding care. Highly recommend!

I came to Lifemark with a partially torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I could barely move it without excruciating pain. My goal was to have it strong enough to be able to garden at the end of May. Abraham (?) was amazing!! He gave me all the appropriate exercises to do at home, and every time I returned every 2 weeks, there was always improvement! I completed 6 sessions and felt like a new person! I’ve been doing a lot of gardening…and I don’t have ANY issues at all! Thank you so much for your support and encouragement to succeed!

I won't leave any stars at all, I have seen two doctors that have recommended that I should get a hip replacement. The doctor that seen me at this clinic did not even touch me. He just reputed what these doctors told me and said that my hip is fine and that there is nothing wrong with it. I can't believe all the positive reviews and no negative and wondering if somehow this institute is fixing the reviews somehow but I will check for my review.

I had an excellent experience here. Abraham is the second physiotherapist I have met and he was able to finally identify and resolve the issue I had been dealing with for years, which made a huge difference for me. I really appreciated how attentive, knowledgeable, and patient him and his assistant Marcus was in helping my issues that was often hard to explain myself. The front team, Lidia and Julie, was also incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the process, which made each visit comfortable and positive. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I’m very grateful for the help I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great physiotherapy care.

I had been visiting this place for a few years, but my last trip on March 11, 2026, was a huge disappointment. I was the only one there at the time, with no other patients. I waited over 25 minutes. When I asked again when I could be called, I was told that my physiotherapist was behind schedule. I understand this can happen, but it would be considerate to be notified about it upon arrival. There was total disregard during all that waiting, so the customer service was very poor. Maybe the physiotherapists are good, but they always change, as I have never been able to see the same physiotherapist from previous sessions. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to anyone, as the customer service begins the moment you step through the front door.

Abraham is an incredible physiotherapist. I was reluctant to see someone other than my regular physio after my car accident, but my insurance company made me come here. But it was a great experience. Abraham is knowledgeable about car accident injuries and the insurance process. He is also respectful and polite, gives great exercises, and always follows up on progress. The front desk and management staff are also really great. My only gripe is that they're quite expensive. They charge the insurance companies one price and the clients another, higher price once you're out of your treatment protocol. I don't know if that's standard practice, but it was quite the sticker shock when I found out.

I went here for confusion physio with Abraham. He was absolutely great! he was kind, patient and attentive. I saw a lot of progress with his help. I cannot recommend him enough! After having physios in the past who have been hands off, it is so nice to see someone involved in the process.

I had a great experience with my physiotherapist, Abraham. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my condition. The treatment really helped reduce my pain and improve my movement. Highly recommend!

While cycling in December, I had a freak fall, breaking my ankle on both sides and dislocating my foot. Surgery and "fixation" was required with screws installed on both sides and a metal plate on one side. Not good! I started working with Hetal as soon as the cast was removed. Her attention to my situation was precise and professional. Her instructions for the various rehab exercises were always clear. She understood my objectives and the outcome I wanted which was to resume my usual activities. As things improved new exercises were added and some were removed. New ones were always supported with short demonstration videos, emailed to me following their introduction. This is an important thing to remember and was a big help any time I needed to make sure I was doing things correctly immediately following their introduction. I did my part and followed Hetal's guidance and instruction. Progress was made quickly! I'm very grateful to Hetal and feel fortunate that I selected her. Reception at the front end was always courteous and making successive appointments was straightforward. I strongly recommend CSA South Edmonton, and especially Hetal. "Thank You"
