“I had an amazing experience with Chris, my massage therapist. He is incredibly professional and really knows how to work with muscles on a deep, effective level. His technique is both relaxing and therapeutic — I always leave feeling refreshed, calm, and completely at ease. I’ve had ongoing tension in my neck and shoulders, and Chris was able to target those problem areas perfectly. He worked through the tightness with great skill and care, and I noticed a huge improvement even after just one session. What I appreciate most is how attentive and intuitive he is — he listens to your needs and adjusts the pressure and technique accordingly. You can truly tell he cares about his clients’ well-being. “I can highly recommend the wonderful rehabilitation staff at Edmonton 51 Avenue. I originally chose it as it was close to my home and I'm sure glad I did. It's certainly worth the drive if it's not near your place. They care, do incredible work and I feel amazing after my car accident under their care. They dealt with payments through the insurance companies which was one less stressful thing for me to deal with. I did physio, occupational therapy and massage.... all fabulous!”Read moreShow less

“This is such a special place due to the staff ! Everyone was so supportive in my post concussion journey and so knowledgeable. I’ve recommended them to many friends and family, especially post car accident- having trusted, kind, and competent clinicians is so important to your success and you’re in such good hands at this location. Special shout out the Zach ( Zaher) who is such a gifted RMT in terms of his understanding of the healing the physical and emotional body post injury. “Very disappointed with the poor customer service. I’ve been a client here for over a year and a half, and my recent experience was extremely frustrating. My claim was approved six weeks ago, but nobody from the clinic ever called to inform me or book me in. When I finally called to check myself, the receptionist Heena told me it was approved two weeks ago and blamed me for not calling earlier—despite the fact that I was never contacted. When I pointed this out, she casually said another receptionist might’ve forgotten to call me, without taking accountability as a team. After I gave her my availability, she called me back 10 minutes later to say that my claim was actually approved last year and that I had no sessions left. Just two days later, she called again to say my claim was approved now and booked me in. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I couldn’t make that appointment—and instead of showing any understanding for a long-term client, they discharged me without warning. Now I’m receiving emails from my adjuster saying my claim was approved six weeks ago, and the clinic is trying to shift the blame onto me for not attending sessions I wasn’t even informed about. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.”Read moreShow less
