“I have been seeing Robin as a massage therapist for approximately six months for ongoing shoulder issues due to a car accident. Robin practices various technique and is very aware of any and all trouble areas. Robin has been able to work on my shoulders and neck (upper back) that has given me not only most my mobility back after the accident but has also been able to improve movement and ability that I haven’t had for many years. I can now exercise and strengthen without pain. Headaches, migraines, stiffness have subsided. I can move freely, think more clearly and capture better sleep. Her work has also affected my lower back, sciatic nerve in my lower back and eased nerve pain in my thigh. “I was sent here by insurance after an MVA. Essentially was asked to do a few stretches and told all was well. No real time or attention put into our file and basically pushed my children and I out the door. Fast forward a few years to about a month ago and my husband is sent here by insurance for an MVA....after a poorly done assessment, not only did they not take his injury seriously, they failed to diagnose an injury entirely. “My wife was sent here by TD Insurance after an auto accident, and finds the Physiotherapist to lack bedside manner, knows they don't confirm chart information before an appointment as they ask about what side they should be working on nearly every appointment. However! Robin, the Masseuse is incredible, listens to her needs, works the areas that are actually troubling her and is responsive and reactive during treatments to ensure the pain is being treated.
