When I decided to switch my entire career around the staff at Lifemark vocational services were the most instrumental part of my transition. Everything they provide you with is industry standard, and it’s done with kindness in mind. I appreciate every little detail of how they helped me from résumé building, to learning how to stand up for your rights in the workplace. This place is a great place for anyone regardless of where you’re at in your career, or looking to change your career. After taking their classes, I was able to gain three successful interviews within one week. I was able to land a job within a couple weeks of being in the program. I can’t express enough, my gratitude, thank you.

Not the best experience. Lots of paperwork, and almost no medical assistance. I already emailed "calne", but was ignored. I emailed again later, and they told me to wait a couple of days, and then ignored me again. (They still haven't responded; I emailed them from my other email address.) I don't understand why this person is replying to comments here and suggesting emails if they're just ignoring them.

It's been over a year since I was discharged after recieving physiotherapy from a work accident. I raised concerns of shoulder pains and a pinched nerve in my back. I was not scanned more than a doctor pressing on my back and telling me it is all in my head. I struggle everyday doing the work I can, it is impossible for me to go back to the kind of work I used to do. Doing physiotherapy here was overall a waste of my time and my concerns were not taken seriously. When ever I lean my back past center of my body mass my legs will go numb. They told me it was in my head. After a year and getting real professional opinions, I can assure you it was not in my head.

This review only covers the Return to Work (RTW) program. Lifemark completely ignores the essence of treatment and focuses entirely on paperwork. Instead of addressing health issues, they look for ways to report progress, even when there is none, and health is only deteriorating. Other doctors and departments at Lifemark can be very good. On the positive side, everyone is very polite.

I recently completed my discharge and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. My team of Zulu, Purvi, and Mackenzie were all fantastic. I came in with a bulging disc, which I know can be a long and challenging injury with the potential for lasting complications. Through this experience, my recovery has been both meaningful and empowering. I developed sciatica along the way, but it has largely subsided. I’m still experiencing some nerve pain in my foot, but I’m optimistic that with continued exercises, it will improve over time. I’m leaving this program with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to continue progressing on my own. I’m very grateful for the support and guidance I received.

I had a great experience with the Return to Work program at Lifemark Health Centre Sunridge. Sara Zainali Somedel was professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout my recovery. The program was well structured, tailored to my job demands, and helped me return to work safely and confidently. Highly recommended.

Went for a WCB assessment and was directed to see the wrong person, had to go back for the assessment and waited over a half hour for my appointment. Person at reception was very rude. Was told it is common for patients to be misdirected. Terrible service. Edit - once again a terrible experience, have been waiting for over 45 minutes for a simple follow up and clearance appointment. Would not come here if I didn't have to and would give a less than one star review if I could.

The front desk staff, especially Sidra, are doing a great job. I truly appreciate their efforts—they are always helpful, kind, and supportive toward patients.

Hi, I started my return to work plan there with lots of pain and weakness, no confidence, bad feeling without a clear perspective. With all support and help that I got every day from my therapists I could be back to work and my normal life. I would like to say thank to Ethan Reimer , Sydney Dziwinski , Dami Adekanla and special thanks to Karen Zahara for all you did for me. May God bless you all. Thanks Lifemark Sunridge.
