“Tony is an amazing physiotherapist. She is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and provides excellent care. Thanks to her treatment, I have seen a significant improvement in my back pain and mobility. A special thank you to the front desk lady for always being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. “I first went to Lifemark Bridlewood back in 2017 after an MVA and booked with Nelly. I was super happy with her treatment. When I later needed help with my shoulders, I found out that the Bridlewood location had closed. I searched everywhere for Nelly but couldn’t find her and had to see other therapists in the meantime, which unfortunately wasn’t a great experience. Later, my family doctor recommended a therapist at Lifemark South Trail, and when I saw the name, it turned out to be Nelly. “Shout out to Frankie and the whole team at this lifemark location. This is my second time coming here. From the front end staff Kim&Jen when you first walk in to Frankie and their amazing team. It is a fun and caring atmosphere. Richard provides alot of laughs but everyone here provides the best care for whatever your injuries may be. I came in barley being able to walk due to a sprained knee and now with the 4 weeks of physio and acupuncture as well as an excersize program that I csn always access I am on my way to healing. “I can’t say enough good things about the Lifemark location at South Trail Crossing. The moment you walk in you are welcomed by the friendliest front-end staff I’ve ever experienced. And as you make your way to your physiotherapist, you quickly recognize that you are in a very unique environment – incredibly welcoming, friendly, and fun. I’ve been to see Frankie Grzenda for several sessions related to two separate issues and he is a difference-maker. For my latest injury, I’d been to see 3 different doctors (including a trip to ER) and came away with no real plan. Not even a consistent or conclusive diagnosis. Feeling somewhat hopeless, I booked a session with Frankie. From the moment of that first appointment, his concern for my well-being was apparent. The guy has genuine empathy. He could see I was in pain and made me feel as though it was his mission to solve whatever issue I was dealing with to get me back on my feet. And with each session, I felt noticeable improvement. Frankie isn’t just doing a job, he genuinely cares about his clients. And based on my experience at this location, that seems to be a prerequisite for their entire team.
